Local Dish Posted byM. A. PhillipsMarch 25, 2012Posted inDruidismTags:environmentalism, food, garden, Nature Spirits A lunch side dish today: dandelion scramble. I made this with tender, young dandelion leaves from the garden, local eggs, and local onions. Yum, yum! I also harvested some dandelion roots. They’re drying in the dehydrator for future use.
