Behold the fruits of my labor in my first ever quilting class! I made this “hole in the barn door” bock with three types of fabric. I chose earthy tones that reminded me of the forest. I rather like how it turned out! We only made the front as the class focused on the basics of measuring, cutting, pressing, etc… I’m planning to turn this into a pillow, I think. I can’t wait to play with my new quilting skills! I have so many ideas!

That’s gorgeous! I love the colors and prints, as well as how they all mix together. 🙂 Very nicely done!
Why thank you! I’m really proud of how it turned out. I must have stood in the quilting section for 30 minutes figuring out which fat quarters looked best together!
You’re very welcome! You did a wonderful job putting everything together…much better than I could have too. hehe. You should be proud though. This came out great!
