Episode 12: Wild Edibles | The Perennial Plate.

I’m really digging Perennial Plate.  This episode in particular impressed me because I’m very interested in foraging.  I’ve done a bit – mostly with dandelions, garlic mustard, and wood sorrel.  His recipe looks amazing.  Make sure you check out the wisdom below the video for advice on milkweed.

  1. That was really fascinating! And I’ve seen some of those plants and had no idea what they were…I knew wood sorrel tasted lemony, but I didn’t know the name of it until now. Thanks! 🙂
